quiltie potholders and such
more pages in the visual journal
and some pages that are in the works
quiltie potholders made from scraps
because good fabric should not be wasted
today I will be found making more of these and eating this salad
a favorite side salad
Summer Salad
6 medium tomatoes cut in 1/2" cubes
1 medium cucumber cut in 1/2" cubes
15 ounce can of peaches cut in 1/2" cubes
1/2 sweet onion cut in 1/2" cubes
8 ounces of cabbage shredded
Dressing
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup salad oil
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
mix dressing well and toss to coat salad ingredients
it's just so good!!!
Very cute potholders! I love the journal pages too of course. :)

The salad sounds good. I'll have to put it on my list of things to try as the vegetables come in this spring.
Love the potholders - you're always very good with that sort of thing. I saw one today on a blog (which I can't remember the name of) where she basically used a piece of old denim to make a cover for a cast iron skillet handle. I thought of you.
