so here is a long catch up blog post with lots of pictures I have been putting many miles on the car the past few day with teaching classes, attending to business and all that good stuff but I think traveling by deer could have proved to have been more interesting. a paper and fabric page that will be included in my latest crazy quilt fabric journal I haven't decided yet how I am going to add these paper pages to the fabric pages those details will have to be worked out as progress continues fabric pages more fabric pages and one more
and while I was away, the roses continued to bloom above is Crystal Fairy with tiny 3/4" blooms of pure white Baronne Henriette Snoy "Haendel" climbing up a cedar pole the blurry red tricycle in the background has a basket wired to the handle bars and is planted with sedums I will try and get a picture of that next time around the little bed in the Fig Garden is coming along nicely next year I will plant more of the Explosive Ember Peppers and more Zinnia this year a late frost took some of the plants but I won't be tricked by that next year plans are being made ***miniature rose on the right by the pink skullcap is "Bee's Knees" which is a cute as it's name*** another close up I will get next time around
in the center of this flower bed is a cedar stump with a large geode balanced on top of it
geode and rock balancing may be easier than trying to saddle a deer, so I think I will keep to the rocks
Radiant Baby fabric journal page page one of a new fabric and paper journal started today currently in bloom - Desprez à Fleur Jaune isn't it perfect when a rose has as pretty a name as when it's in bloom
