1. clean studio
2. reduce the scrap paper
Rarely do I show photos of my studio for many reasons, one being is that is it a working studio and most of the time it isn't pretty. Sometimes it can be downright frightening.
It's hard to throw away scraps that are leftover from other projects. I just can't bear to waste anything and even the smallest of papers are but into boxes. It is so bad that I have boxes of paper organized by size of the scrap. So today, I decided to take on a couple boxes of scrap paper.
Several pages of these sewn crazy quilt scrap papers were made.
I like using these sewn papers in journals, cutting down into tags and they are perfect to use for any paper project. Plus it makes me feel good about re-purposing the little scraps.
A favorite page. These make great backgrounds.
This project is perfect for a rainy day.
an as you can see, I made a big dent in this box of scraps
the other box...well, I'm still working on it
