some monoprinting and a bit of Rorschach with calligraphy inks in metallic colors
the inks have nearly turned to sludge but I suppose that's what happens
I have had them for 20 years or so
my guess is that ink is not meant to last forever
with a craft stick, I gave it my best attempt to stir the gunk at the bottom into the liquid on the top
I made a big mess
but Mess is my name when it comes to paint and ink
I know to prepare ahead of time with tarps, plastic and big pieces of cardboard
Above is the "Monoprinting Rorschach Ink Activity Center" in the Secret Garden. Have you ever noticed that you seem to make less of a mess when you actually prepare for a mess?
I will use these papers as backgrounds. They will get stamped, spray painted and stenciled. Then probably torn up, stitched back together and glued into journal pages.
And I will share that when it happens
